I am so excited to introduce another one of my favorite bloggers to share a little baking advice with all of you. Lindsay and her husband Bjork post fabulous recipes over on their blog Pinch of Yum and I’m constantly impressed by their stories and mouthwatering photographs!

Erica: Hi Lindsay! Please tell my readers and I a little about yourself and your blog. 

Lindsay: My blog is a place where I share simple, mostly healthy recipes that are approachable for all levels of cooks. I really just try to make “normal” food – things that my husband and I actually eat on a day-to-day basis – that are more healthy and extra super yummy.

Erica: What’s your favorite kitchen tool or baking tip you’d like to share with all of us?

Lindsay: My favorite cooking tool is the food processor! I use it ALL THE TIME. I don’t have a specific brand – I’ve even used a cheap one that I got at a garage sale for free!

I use it in almost ALL my stir fry recipes or any salads that have a homemade dressing with them because it’s great for making homemade sauces. I also love using it to make unique desserts like the No-Bake Mini Fruit Pizzas that I just made for my blog last week!

Erica: I don’t always think to bust out my food processor for desserts, but that’s great to keep in mind! Here are some great recipes from Pinch of Yum that will have you processing all sorts of things for delicious desserts :)
