Today EricaSweetTooth is 1 year old! It has been such a fantastic year, and I owe that a lot to how much fun I’ve had with this blog and the gracious support of all of my readers. Granted the past year also included the sometimes-excruciating experience of first year of dental school, I’ve had a blast, managed to advance to second year, and somehow avoided gaining 100 pounds along the way. It’s been a sweet ride, and I’m looking forward to the treats that lay ahead in the 2010-2011 year!
To switch things up a bit for the blog’s big day, I’ve put together a little How-To video for decorating cupcakes as mums. I’m no professional cake decorator, but I just wanted to share how easy it can be to make beautiful cupcake flowers with just a little instruction. Make these for a fall bridal shower or event and you’re sure to impress your friends. Enjoy! Just don’t make fun of me for being totally dorky on camera…
